Melinda Moore is currently the Research Directorate STEM Advocate at the National Security Agency. She completed her BS from Vanderbilt University in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics. She was commissioned in the US Air Force and served on active duty for seven years before completing her 20 years as a reservist at Fort George G. Meade. She has served in a variety of technical positions at NSA. She received her secondary education certificate from the College of Notre Dame and taught science and math in MD and overseas. She enjoys combining her engineering experience with her passion for education in building a strong pipeline of talented STEM and cyber-security specialists.
