Linda Lay is a Business, Finance, and Information Technology Education Consultant at the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction where she and her colleagues collaborate, develop, review and manage the curricula for over 40 middle and high school courses that are part of three Career Clusters including Business Management, Financial Literacy and Information Technology, and ten pathways, serving approximately 1,800 and 300,000 NC teachers and students, respectively. A national board certified and licensed professional educator, principal and administrator, Linda is committed to the continuous improvement of public education to meet the workforce demands for jobs that do not even exist today.
