The changing dynamics of cyberattacks has triggered the need to strengthen education and training across the public and private sectors to emphasize cyber-learning, diversify the cybersecurity knowledge and awareness, and measure outcomes. Applying social and behavioral insights, this session will present the benefits of co-curricular experiences, training and certifications across a diverse cyber domain, promoting tools and techniques to validate behavior, and measuring abilities using Transfer Learning modeling mathematics to validate an indirect correlation between the cybersecurity learning and reduction in cyber threats. Walk away with an understanding of what behaviors people should display to reduce their vulnerability to cybersecurity attacks and how to effectively influence student behavior.
